Adell Harris, owner of Refuse To Lose, came to me with a simple problem: she needed a video, one video that she could use for e-mail blasts, pitching to clients and on her website. After sitting down and speaking with her I realized we first needed to draw the viewer in with her story because it was so impactful. Once I hooked the viewer, then I showed the triumph of her overcoming these tragedies and began to let her inform the audience about her motivational speaking and how it can benefit the viewers organization by booking her.
